Whether you prefer it in the morning for a quick and complete breakfast or in the afternoon to treat yourself, the smoothie will delight your taste buds throughout the day. We suggest you make 3 different smoothies and there will be something for everyone:

Organic "detox" mix super...

Ingredients for the detox smoothie:

Material :

  • Blender.
  • Cutting board.

Time :

  • Preparation: 5 mins.

Stages:

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes and put it in the blender with the tomato juice, the mint leaves and the  Detox Mix.
  • Mix the whole
  • Taste.

  • 150 grams of strawberries.
  • 1 banana.
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
  • 200ml of milk

Material :

  • Blender.
  • Cutting board.

  • Preparation: 5 mins.
