ARTICLE 11: Shipments
Chronopost
Chronopost orders, whether Chrono13, Chrono Relai or Chrono Classic are dispatched the same day if orders are placed before 12 noon. The Chrono13 are delivered the next day before 1 p.m., the same applies to the Chrono Relai. For the Chrono Classic, it depends on the delivery address, the conditions are set out when choosing the mode of transport.
World Relay
Mondial Relay orders are placed the same day if orders are placed before 12 noon. Delivery is usually between 2 and 3 days.
