This cocoa dessert cream recipe will delight young and old alike! By using the FEED ME UP breakfast mix instead of the usual cocoa, we will obtain a dessert cream containing other superfoods such as maca, baobab and also banana. Ultra fast, it's a good way to have fun while taking advantage of the properties of superfoods! Do not hesitate to give us your variants and ideas in comments.

Time :

• Preparation: 15 minutes
• Cooking: 10 minutes
• Rest: 2 hours


Stages:

  • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: corn flour, coconut sugar and FEED ME UP breakfast mix
  • Add 100 g of milk and the eggs. Blend until smooth
  • In a saucepan, bring the remaining 400g of milk to a boil
  • Pour the mixture into the saucepan and stir constantly until thickened (about 5 minutes)
  • Once desired consistency is achieved, pour into jars/ramekins
  • Leave to cool for a few minutes then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

With cooking robot 

Time:
• Preparation: 5 minutes
• Cooking: 8 minutes
• Rest: 2 hours


Steps with food processor:

  • Put the milk, corn flour, eggs and coconut sugar in the robot
  • Cook 10 min / 90°C / speed 3
  • Add the breakfast mix
  • Mix 30 sec / speed 5
  • Pour into jars / ramekins
  • Leave to cool for a few minutes then place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.


For vegans: Skip the eggs and simply replace the milk with soy or almond milk.
