How to use it? :

Wash your hands well before inserting or removing the cup.

Inserting the cup

Fold your cup and insert it at the entrance of the vagina. Choose the fold that suits you: C-fold, coiled or seashell.

The cup is placed less far than a tampon. She can stay until 6am.

Once the cup is inserted, run your finger around it to make sure it opens correctly.

It does not cause any discomfort and is perfectly invisible protection. The cup has perforations on the side that will create a suction cup effect and thus prevent leaks.

Removing the cup

Grab the small rod at the end and pinch the cup to create an air inlet. Then, gently remove it.

Empty it and rinse it with tap water. You can reposition it.
