Ingredients for this recipe:

  • ½ red cabbage
  • 2 apples
  • 100 grams of bacon matches
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 onion
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 500 grams of tagliatelle
  • 2 small Swiss
  • 2 teaspoons of Spirulina FEED ME UP
  • 50 grams of grated parmesan
  • 50 grams of butter
  • Salt and pepper

Steps :

  • Remove the first leaves of the cabbage, cut it into strips, remove the biggest ribs (We call "rib" the central rib of the cabbage leaves). Wash the cabbage.
  • Peel and cut the onion.
  • Melt the butter in a Dutch oven then add the onion and the bacon strips.
  • Add the strips of red cabbage, salt, pepper and mix, cook for a few minutes.
  • Meanwhile, peel the apples, cut them into pieces.
  • In Dutch oven, add vinegar, brown sugar, apples and water. Continue to cook for about 1h15, the red cabbage should be tender.
  • In another Dutch oven, cook the tagliatelle for the time indicated on the package.
  • In a bowl, combine the Swiss rolls, parmesan and FEED ME UP Spirulina . Add cooking juice from the pasta to liquefy the cream a little, season with pepper.
  • Drain the tagliatelle, add the cream and serve with the red cabbage strips.

To give a light crunch, you can add pieces of raw apples, dried fruits.
