Ingredients for this recipe:

For the dish:

  • 2 salmon steaks.
  • 15 grams of unsalted butter.
  • 2 carrots.
  • 1 zucchini.
  • 40 grams of basmati rice.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Dill.
  • Herbs of Provence.
  • ½ stock cube.

For the slimming sauce:

  • 1.5 teaspoons of FEED ME UP slimming mix .
  • 3 tablespoons of 0% fat cottage cheese (about 100g).
  • 1 teaspoon of light cream.
  • 1 lime.

Material :

  • Preparation: 45 mins.

Stages:

For the dish:

  • Peel and wash the carrots, using a peeler or vegetable peeler and cut the vegetables into thin strips, this will make the carrot tagliatelle.
  • Wash the zucchini and still with the peeler, make tagliatelle.
  • In a steamer, place the carrots, salt, pepper, Provencal herbs and ¼ stock cube. Bake 10 mins.
  • Meanwhile, cook the rice.
  • Place the salmon in the steamer and season.
  • After 10 min: Mix the carrots and place the zucchini on top, then make the same seasoning of the carrots, cook for about 5 min according to your taste.

For the sauce:

  • Wash the lime then squeeze it.
  • In a saucepan, put the lemon juice and start heating over very low heat.
  • Add the spoon and a half of FEED ME UP slimming mix , mix well. Then add the butter.
  • When the butter is melted, add the cottage cheese, fresh cream, salt and pepper and finally the dill.
  • Place the steaks on plates, cover with the sauce, with the rice and the vegetable tagliatelle
