Energy Balls are healthy and tasty little bites. They are particularly suitable when doing sports.

You can consume them before sport to refuel or after your workout to replenish your glycogen stores.

We offer at Krush! ready -  made Energy Balls  but you can make them yourself quite easily.

They are quick and easy to make and require no cooking. In addition, you can also vary the pleasures by changing the dried fruits or adding others.

So let's go Cindy, we roll up our sleeves and we give ourselves 10 short minutes to prepare her full of energy!

Ingredients for this recipe:

Material :

  • Bowl.
  • Blender.

Time :

  • Preparation: 5-10 mins.
  • Rest: 2 times 20min.

Stages:

  • Mix the sports mixture (caution: the grapes and the figs have more difficulty mixing, it is not very serious if there are small pieces left).
  • If the coconut oil is not liquid, melt it in a bain-marie first.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a spoon until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Place 20min in the refrigerator in an airtight jar to harden the mixture.
  • Form your balls with your hands and put back in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Enjoy these delicious Energy Balls.
  • These homemade energy balls can easily be stored for 1 week by placing them in the refrigerator in an airtight box.
