This week Cindy, we made a quick and delicious recipe for tuna and potato croquettes. Indeed, with very few ingredients you can easily make a gourmet recipe that will please the whole family.
And as an accompaniment, you can accompany these tuna croquettes with a good soup or with a green salad, a few tomatoes and KRUSH salad mix seeds! .
The advantage is that this recipe works just as well in summer as in winter and the highlight of the show: you can even serve it to your guests for an aperitif , accompanying it with a fresh cheese in which you can dip your patties!

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 6 medium sized potatoes
- 1 can of tuna (185 g drained)
- 2 eggs
- salt pepper
- parsley
- breadcrumbs or mixed hard bread
Steps :
- Peel the potatoes and steam them.
- Mash the mashed potatoes and add the drained tuna.
- Season with parsley, salt and pepper (to taste).
- Put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until the preparation cools.
- Then form balls and flatten them a little to give them the shape of small discs.
- Then dip the patties in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Cook in a very hot oiled frying pan.
- Brown for a few minutes on each side.
- To be enjoyed warm or cold.
- Enjoy your meal.
You can accompany these tuna croquettes with a cheese sauce for example.
