Ingredients for this recipe:

Steps :

  • In a salad bowl, shell and remove the fat from the meat.
  • Drain the vegetables well.
  • Peel the onion and the garlic.
  • Put the onion, garlic and parsley in the robot.
  • Incorporate the meats and lastly the vegetables.
  • Put the minced meat in the salad bowl and add the egg yolk, mix everything together.
  • Form the meatballs and roll them in the flour already prepared on a plate.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet and brown the meatballs on all sides until golden brown.
