No mess, it avoids getting bored and in addition, it's super good!
Ingredients for this recipe:
- Paleron
- Chicken
- Carrots
- turnips
- Celeriac
- 1 pomme de terre
- 1 jaune d’œuf
- Un peu de farine
- 1 oignon
- 1 gousse d’ail
- Persil
- Beurre
Steps :
- In a salad bowl, shell and remove the fat from the meat.
- Drain the vegetables well.
- Peel the onion and the garlic.
- Put the onion, garlic and parsley in the robot.
- Incorporate the meats and lastly the vegetables.
- Put the minced meat in the salad bowl and add the egg yolk, mix everything together.
