Steps

  • In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients (if the coconut oil is solid, you can put it in the microwave for a few seconds).
  • Once your mixture is homogeneous, fill your tartlet molds up to half. You must have a good thickness for your background.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 160°C.
  • Leave to cool before unmolding your tart shells.
  • To garnish your tartlets, add a spoonful of Greek yoghurt then arrange slices of pear and kiwi alternately.
  • Then, sprinkle some chia seeds to finish.
  • Enjoy your meal.
