The holidays are over Cindy, it’s time to get back to good eating habits! This is why we offer you a breakfast recipe that is quick to make (because in the morning, we don't always have time) and good for your health.

Chia seeds will provide fiber that will help you get through the morning without cravings, but also protein to give you the energy you need to tackle the day well. The Breakfast Mix, for its part, will contribute to reducing fatigue and also to normal cognitive function (memory, attention, learning, etc.). This mixture of the two will be a real booster in the morning!

Follow us in the kitchen for this healthy recipe while having fun. It will help you stay in shape throughout the morning and last until your lunch break.

Ingredients for the recipe:

We haven't sweetened the recipe, but you can add coconut sugar or honey.

Steps :

  • Mix the Breakfast Mix and the Chia seeds into your fromage blanc.
  • Wait 4 to 5 minutes for the seeds to swell. During this time, take the opportunity to prepare your little morning infusion.
  • Once the seeds have swelled, add the dark chocolate coconut granola on top.
  • Your breakfast is already ready!
  • Enjoy your food.

If you're in a hurry and don't have time to eat breakfast, here's a variation:

Mix 3 teaspoons of Breakfast Mix in 200ml of milk or vegetable milk. Ideally, in a shaker to have better homogenization of your mixture.

Enjoy your preparation or take it to work to drink it a little later.
